PHILADELPHIA—Chester County Recorder of Deeds Ryan Costello said he won’t be attacking his opponents as he seeks the 6th District House seat, promising to run a positive, issue-based campaign.

Schroder gets a campaign manager
State Representative Curt Schroder (R-Chester) has hired a campaign chief for his 6th District Congressional run.
Schroder announced Tuesday that he had hired Kyle Whatley as his campaign manager. The Texas native has worked for Congressional and mayoral campaigns in the Lone Star State. He moved to Pennsylvania to manage Schroder’s campaign.
