The second TV ad from Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper’s (D-3) first reelection campaign offers up a small handful of policies that the freshman incumbent says will encourage job creation in the northwest Pennsylvania district.

Dahlkemper launches TV campaign

Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper (D-3) this week took her considerable financial advantage to the airwaves, launching a 60-second TV ad as her first reelection bid enters the homestretch.

A prominent conservative group launched a major advertising campaign this week to decry congressional spending—and five competitive House races in Pennsylvania are among the group’s targets.
