Democrat Manan Trivedi is talking about cutting congressional pay before he’s even elected.

Trivedi’s campaign unveiled its first TV ad Tuesday morning, a 30-second spot that is airing on cable and broadcast networks in suburban Philadelphia’s 6th District. The ad buy means that Trivedi has taken to the airwaves before Congressman Jim Gerlach (R-6), despite the incumbent’s financial advantage.
