** Media Advisory ** MISSING: Congressman Jim Gerlach. Last Seen in Washington, D.C. #PA6
ICYMI: Congressional hopefuls rally supporters – William Bender, Philadelphia Daily News (11/01/10)
“In the sprawling 6th District… Manan Trivedi is campaigning furiously, hoping to pull off an upset against Republican U.S. Rep. Jim Gerlach.
“Even though Saturday was their sixth wedding anniversary, Trivedi, a Berks County doctor and Iraq War vet, and his wife, Surekha, were making calls to voters in his campaign office, with their 6-month-old daughter, Sonia, sitting on his lap.
“Gerlach… apparently is keeping a comparatively lower profile. His campaign manager, Greg Francis, said he didn’t know what Gerlach was doing yesterday.”

While Congressman Gerlach seems to be missing, people all across the 6th District certainly know where Manan Trivedi is. Trivedi knows the importance of hard work — he’s been hitting the streets, reminding people to vote tomorrow at diners, local small businesses, coffee shops, and just about everywhere else.
Where has he been? Here’s the tally:
Diners = 52
Visits to small businesses = 41
Coffee Shops = 21
Train Stations = 11
Rallies = 7
Phonebanks with volunteers = 11
Churches = 6
Miles driven = 1,533
