I wrote the blog article which seems to have everyone up in arms. The blog article was taken way out of context as I was only trying to emphasize that Tim Burns is seemingly more driven than “SOME” in this area. Once again, I said he is driven which “many” (not most or all — MANY) of us are not. I did NOT categorize ALL workers, nor would I. There seems to be such a double standard here as I recall Mr. Murtha making some not-so-great comments about us here in western PA not too long ago (i.e. redneck, racist, etc.). Somehow, that was okay and according to “some,” even truthful. Hmm… Double standard? We cry “fowl” and divert the attention when someone speaks the truth and touches a nerve, and so it is here in Johnstown.

Has anyone really paid attention to Mark Critz? No, of course. I am a Democrat, and seriously considering supporting Burns. Why? Because he is more corrupt and arrogant than his predecessor. A good number of donations he got are from PMA people, look at his past FEC reports. This guy would take money from Satan to win. Probably because he is Satan himself.

Another stupid move by a bad candidate and poorly run campaign. Why would a campaign post something that insults the very voters he is trying to appeal to? Even if he a agreed with some of the points on the blog, once he read the entire piece that should have told Burns NOT to endorse it putting it on his website.

And kudos to Mark P. for calling Burns out on this!!
