Marino in hospital after car crash

Former U.S. Attorney Tom Marino was in the hospital Wednesday after a car crash on Tuesday night.

The Times Leader reports that Marino was on his way home from a Bradford County GOP meeting Tuesday night when a driver crossed the center lane on Route 6 and hit Marino head on.

The hospital in Towanda listed Marino, a former U.S. Attorney, as being in stable condition; it remains unclear how badly he was injured.

Marino last month won the three-way Republican primary to take on Congressman Chris Carney (D-10).
