Manan Trivedi Wins Again

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. – In the race for Pennsylvania’s 6th congressional district, two county Democratic Party organizations have gathered to endorse a candidate for the May 18th primary election. And with over 73% of the vote at the Montgomery County Democratic Committee convention, Manan Trivedi has now swept them both.

“Real people participated in the democratic process tonight and expressed their preference by casting votes. When those ballots were counted, they overwhelmingly choose Manan Trivedi,” said Trivedi spokesperson Ed Niles. “With these results, we are hopeful that Democrats from across the district can unify so that we can be sure to put the strongest candidate forward to beat Jim Gerlach.”

This is the second straight county endorsement that Trivedi has won in a landslide.

Manan Trivedi is a primary care physician, a former officer in the Navy and an Iraq War veteran from Berks County.
