Dems say Burns ‘only cares about his bank account’
Democrats were quick to respond to the Republican Party’s selection of Tim Burns for the 12th District special election Thursday, seeking to frame him as a heartless businessman who sold his pharmacy technology company even though he knew it might lead to layoffs.
“Tim Burns only cares about his bank account and not about jobs in western Pennsylvania,” Shripal Shah, a spokesman for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, said in a statement. “Tim Burns sold out the jobs of western Pennsylvanians just so he could get rich quick.
“With western Pennsylvanian families already struggling,” Shah added, “the last thing they need right now is someone like Tim Burns who only cares about himself.”
Burns will face Democrat Mark Critz in the May 18 special election to finish out the late John Murtha’s term.

If he doesn’t want to increase taxes and hand out welfare payments to the people of the 12th then he’s just a heartless businessman…and probably racist…and def homophobic and a warmonger too. Vote Critz or you’re a heartless, racist, warmonger, homophobe, bigot too! YES WE CAN!!!!!

Unfortunately, I dont support ANYONE like Critz that was engaged in federal tax evasion, regardless of party. Burns is quite a teabagger… i may write in Mickey Mouse.

ALL POLITICIANS only care about themselves FIRST, others second. Name one politician in the history of this country who has felt any differently? I dare you to name one. We need to CHANGE THE CULTURE!!!
