Dahlkemper will stay on the ballot
An effort by Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper’s (D-3) primary opponent to keep her off the May ballot has proven unsuccessful.
The Erie Times-News reports that Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard L. McGinley rejected Democrat Mel Marin’s ballot challenge, the only effort to keep an incumbent member of Congress off the ballot in Pennsylvania this year.
Marin will reportedly appeal.
Numerous Republicans are competition for the party’s nomination in the northwest Pennsylvania district.

Stop These Challenges – Are you aware that Obama won his first election by getting all of his challengers booted off the ballot? Does that make you sick too? No, I bet not. I bet you think that’s just politics because he’s the Messiah and he’s black, so the rules don’t apply to him. He’s above politics, after all. It’s sad how little Democrats really stand for.

Right Jack unlike Republicans that have unopposed primaries cause they muscle people out in smoke filled back rooms while the “chosen” republicans hold two and three tax payer funded jobs. Is this “right” to you? The inside Republican joke in Delaware County is that one family not only has parents and children working at the courthouse but “the whole wedding party.” Beyond party loyalty and race baiting, the real question is “what do YOU stand for Jack? I venture to say not much.

Let her stay – it won’t matter anyway. It will actually make it easier for the Republicans to take the seat from her.
