Wednesday morning, Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato is releasing his first policy paper of the gubernatorial campaign, one that will outline plans for government reform. This comes on the heels of Philadelphia businessman Tom Knox offering up his own reform plans.

    I read Knox’s position paper on Gov’t reform. Some of the ideas were solid, no brainers, that need to be championed for. However, a few like reducing the size of the state assembly simply seems impossible. You’re talking about a group of people who raised their own pay, why would they vote to cut their own jobs?

    I look forward to reading Mr. Onorato’s paper today.
