Raising money in this economy is extremely difficult. He'll need at least $1 million to beat KanJo, probably closer to $3 million. O'brien will drain KanJo a little, but because he's an incumbent he'll be able to quickly reload his coffers. Challengers in this economy simply cannot compete in the money war.
