NOTE TO READERS: The pa2010.com Twitter feed is moving—Come with us!

Over the next couple months, pa2010.com‘s main Twitter feed will be moving from the @DanPa2010 handle here to a new @pa2010news handle here. At the same time, we will be significantly expanding our social networking presence, thanks to a partnership with the Philadelphia-based Media Bureau.

pa2010.com reporter and editor Dan Hirschhorn will continue to post behind-the-scenes updates to the old @DanPa2010 handle, providing a more intimate window into the site’s newsgathering. But the main source for breaking news, micro-blogging and discussion of Pennsylvania’s big 2010 elections will be the new @pa2010news handle.

We are proud of the online following we have built in less than 6 months, and have no intention of leaving our most loyal readers out to dry. Because of this, breaking news will still be posted on the old feed for the next couple months. But by the end of the year, the new handle will be the sole destination for following and weighing in on breaking news. The old handle will be icing on the cake for the truly hardcore political junkies.

So we hope you’ll join us now by following @pa2010news.

Stay tuned for more about how we’ll be bringing you deeper into the conversation.
