Meehan, Welch get on NRCC’s ‘Young Guns’ list

They both might be bullets of a candidate, but only one of them is really young.

Regardless of age, Republicans Pat Meehan and Steven Welch were both recently added to the National Republican Congressional Committee’s “Young Guns” program. Their addition does not imply a formal endorsement, but rather signifies that the candidates have met a variety of organizational and fundraising benchmarks in building a strong campaign.

Welch, the wealthy young entrepreneur, is running in the 6th District, and Meehan, the former U.S. Attorney is running in the 7th.

“The early progress of these candidates is a testament to the Young Guns program and a sign of the changing political environment that Democrats will face next year,” NRCC chairman Pete Sessions said in a statement.

Got money? You’re good to go for public office. Your a middle class slob? Don’t even think about it. Folkds, we have an aristocracy in this county. Middle class people cannot get elected anymore, and its a crying shame.

If you are not happy with things in the 13th then go check out Damian Dachowski at: http://www.Damian2010.com who is going up against Rep. Allyson Schwartz for Congress. She has ignored my calls, pleas and desire for true small business support. It is time for us to vote this carpetbagger back to where she came from and have someone who is an honest businessman representing us. If you are looking for a trusting voice in DC who will represent the 13th with utmost respect then take a look at Damian to have your voice heard. If you like what you see attend an event and make a $25 or $50 contribution. He needs our support.
