Please say you are joking. He is a joke and with all his millions couldn’t even win a primary.
His health care plan in MA has failed as insured that the insurance companies would make more money.He mandated that everyone must have it or be fined but that didn’t do a dam thing for the needy. He didn’t do well in PA so what is Toomey thinking ?
