What is worse?

Not living in the district your running in, or moving from another state back to your hometown to run?

Well, Steven Welch, a Republican candidate in the 6th who actually lives in the 7th, fits the first criteria. The other is met by former Ted Kennedy aide E. Teresa Touey, who is moving back from Massachusettes to run for the Democratic nomination in the 7th.

Can anyone justify this to me? This is worse than Rick Santorum.

Please, take your shot at this one, I’d love to hear your opinion. Would you rather have a representative who hasn’t lived in your community for 20 some years, or doesn’t live there now?
