Rick Santorum for President?

Rick Santorum for President.

One more time… Did I hear you right? What?

Rick Santorum for President.

Look, Rick Santorum wasn’t a horrible Senator. He did do his part bringing back money to the state and was our state’s voice in the majority party at the time. However, I don’t think he understands what he is saying.

The fact is, Rick Santorum doesn’t like Obama and will go after him. But, that is far different from being in the Oval Office. Imagine Rick Santorum as President…

Come on, put on your kindergarten imagining hats, and here we go…

AHHH! All I saw was a standard, pundit-like conservative with run-of-the-mill ideas and a run-of-the-mill attitude. I have nothing against some of his ideas, especially on foreign policy and specifically Israel. However, we have many more attractive choices with similar ideas that make more appealing candidates. The GOP will need to unify in 2012 to win, and the first step is separating the pundits from the candidates.

The one advantage to having a Santorum presidency would be that I’d get to go around to all of my conservative friends for four years saying, “See! See! I told you so.”

I don’t think he’d stand a chance, but even if he made it to the general, the Dems wouldn’t even have to come up with ads – they could just show footage of him speaking on the Senate floor.

I can’t think of anything in the world that would make me happier than seeing the Barack Obama political juggernaut drive a stake through the heart of Santorum’s particular know-nothing fundamentalist strand of conservatism in 2012 – slamming the door on the conservative era by humiliating one of its most loathsome defenders.

He won’t be the candidate in 2012, but somebody’s going to step up and right Washington! The days of the bleeding heart, socialist, liberal, WEAK government are numbered. America is mad….not the republicans, not the dems,….. AMERICA, and President Obama will have all the time he wants to go on talk shows in 2013! His presidency has been a disgrace so far, if he does a 180 I MAY vote for him again, but thats not gonna happen. I hate to be negative, but this guy’s a train wreck.
