Costello vows a positive campaign; says he won’t run against party endorsement (Updated)

PHILADELPHIA—Chester County Recorder of Deeds Ryan Costello said he won’t be attacking his opponents as he seeks the 6th District House seat, promising to run a positive, issue-based campaign.

“I’m going to try not to talk about my two opponents, because I don’t have anything bad to say about them,” Costello said recently.
