He has been kicking the can down the road on the property tax for 6 years and it is about to blow up in his face. Leave aside all the taxes on beer, food and parking. Leave aside all the pay to play to his buddies. Leave aside the tunnel to nowhere. He has shown contempt for the rule of law and his own campaign promises.
