Meadville businessman to run against Dahlkemper
Congressman Kathy Dahlkemper (D-3) has an opponent.
CQPolitics reports that GOP businessman Paul Huber recently filed FEC paperwork to run against the freshman Democrat, who Republicans have targeted as vulnerable but have been slow to recruit high-profile candidates to run against her.
Elaine Surma, who works in the state Attorney General’s office, is also considering a run against Dahlkemper.
