Specter says he’s ready to battle Sestak ‘toe-to-toe’
Continuing his escalating war of words against Congressman Joe Sestak (D-7), Senator Arlen Specter on Sunday said he didn’t want to run a negative campaign, but was prepared to do so if necessary in next year’s primary.
