Attorney General Corbett announces distribution of more than $92,000 in Dell refunds to PA consumers

HARRISBURG — Attorney General Tom Corbett today announced that refund checks totaling more than $92,000 have been sent to nearly 300 Pennsylvania residents as the result of a multi-state consumer protection agreement with Texas-based Dell, Inc., (“Dell”) and its subsidiary, Dell Financial Services L.L.P. Several readers have rightly pointed out that the Quinnipiac poll released this morning could have yielded somewhat innacurate results by including basically the same amount of Republicans and Democrats. I’m not sure if Quinnipiac accounted for this, but it doesn’t appear to be factored into the final tallies.
