I think he means Specter.In listing Sestak's positives and Specter's positives and negatives, Tom leaves out Sestak's negatives and underestimates the power of the Unions behind Specter once he votes for EFCA.Sestak doesn'tt help with the fundraising for other candidates in his district other than showing up at an event. Sestak's too busy raising millions for himself to ask his donors to raise a few hundred thousand for the Delco Dems or cover their operating expenses.If Sestak runs, the party in his district will be consumed with building up his replacement to keep PA-7 Democratic. Sestak's support among many is limited to the lip-service he has paid them. When it comes time to do the heavy lifting, Sestak will need to hire "friends".When Sestak VOTED TO GIVE BUSH A BLANK CHECK, he betrayed the anti-war Left that worked the hardest for him in 2006, and then protested against him afterward.Also, if Sestak gets in, it's at least a 3-way race, as Bill Kortz of Allegheny county is already a declared candidate. Merely being on the ballot, Kortz will peel away anti-Specter votes from Sestak.The best "strategy" for Sestak is the Russian Roulette of Specter's health taking a turn for the worse.
