Specter is again targeted, this time on card-check

Senator Arlen Specter is once again being targeted by an advocacy group’s ad campaign. This time, it’s the American Rights at Work pushing Specter to support the Employee Free Choice Act in a statewide ad campaign this month, The Associated Press reports.

The ad (video below) reminds voters of Specter’s initial support for the bill, known as “card-check.”

After coming out in opposition to the bill while he was still a Republican, Specter has reportedly been open to a compromise in recent days.
