Pa. College Dems: Welcome back, Senator Specter

The Pennsylvania Federation of College Democrats put together a “welcome back” message to Senator Arlen Specter, who joined the Democratic ranks last month. You can check out the video below.

Students have always been grateful for the Senator’s stances on more aid to college students and his commitment to higher education.
