A primary challenger for Russell

If Republican Bill Russell wants another shot at Congressman John Murtha (D-12), he’ll have to get past Tim Burns first.

The Post-Gazette reports that Burns, a Johnstown native, will compete for the nomination to take on Murtha next year.
